You agree that any and all information and advice received from an Adviser, whether by electronic message or by any other method, and including at face-to-face consultations, is provided by the Adviser on a voluntary basis, acting outside of the scope of their professional capacity as qualified counsel, and for general guidance on your rights and responsibilities only. Communicating with an Adviser does not engage the Adviser, Microsoft AB or White & Case Advokat AB in rendering legal services or advice and does not create any attorney-client relationship between you and the Adviser, you and Microsoft AB or you and White & Case Advokat AB. Neither the Adviser, Microsoft AB nor White & Case Advokat AB assume any responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the information and advice provided by the Adviser. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute between you and Microsoft AB or you and White & Case Advokat AB regarding the content or use of this Site shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent public courts in Sweden.
